Prepare your eyes👀, pick up your brains 🧠and analyze this message 💬coz I'm gonna explain things in a very calm manner👩‍🏫!

First is L-O-V-E, Love!

I love my momma,

I love my dad,

I love my sister and I love Jesus. We say it all the time! But the question is--'Do we really mean it?!'

I realized we meet so many people from all different walks of life and then we learn to let go of those friends that aren't really the good one's to begin with.

Not so long ago, my BFFs befriended a certain individual who turned out to be a giant 'COBRA' in the end. He is one of a kind indeed. He spoke about love & whatnot, reasoned about logic & so forth and stated some ideas 🤔here & there! He was very amusing! If I were to rate his level of seriousness & dedication, I'd say a perfect 10 (being the outstanding)!

Still I can't help but wonder, is he being funny, ironic or both? It's odd to hear those statements from a person whose principles do not apply in real life. I mean, come on! Everyone knows he is not a 'saint' but he is pretending to be one! So hilarious! 😂

Anyway, want to know what mom, dad, sister and Jesus have in common?

They actually DON'T "backstab" the people they truly care about, sadly some people are the exact opposite!

(Inner thoughts: "I need some fried chicken people! Coz a certain 'dodomon' is freaking me out!")

Okay, with all seriousness. 😎 My-oh-my! Too many people trying to play innocent...😇

I know I am not but really, who wants pop corn?! 🍿

Can we just admire the air we're breathing? 💨

Okay, inhale--exhale coz things are going to get UGLY! 😂

Moving on... 😏

Finally, let's talk about professionalism which covers the topic 'logic, reason & oh--friendship!'

I believe professionalism is essential in any organization. We study hard so we can graduate, take seminars to enhance our skills and face problems to humble our character. When we reach adulthood, we become more logical and reasonable beings. However, despite being reasonable and logical, our attitude toward others reflect more on who we really are on the inside.

In an office setting, another kind of 'professionalism' is highly practiced.

When we acknowledge pride more than humilty, we become 'Professional snobbers'😒; when we allow selfishness to take over, we become 'Professional Egomaniacs'🤪;

when we pursue success by stepping on others, we become 'Professional Manipulators/Deceivers'👺; when we prefer lies more than the truth, we become 'Professional Slanders'🤥; when we claim to be somebody we are not, we become 'Professional Pretenders'🤫; and when we try to use love, logic & reason as an excuse to hide our hypocrisy, we become 'Professional Idiots'🤯!

There is no excuse. If we are foolish enough to take the bait, we are more likely to become one too.

Now, let's dig deeper... 🧐

I really admire true leadership. Someone who is kind, understanding and humble.

I had a supervisor once, a true beauty inside and out. I know my office mates and I can be quite stubborn sometimes but she never displayed 'favoritism'. When something was not right, she was not quick to criticise. Instead she listened and reprimanded us with grace. She became our inspiration and a true friend even after she retired from service.

What now?! 🤓

Conflicts and misunderstanding are inevitable in a workplace. Our 'PRIDE' and lack of judgement hinder our ability to communicate effectively. When pride takes over, we become emotionally unstable resulting to subjective reasoning! That is why sometimes friends become enemies; memorandums become 'HATE' letters; designated officers become 'bossess' instead of 'leaders' and personal grudges become the basis of standard ruling that results to unhealthy and toxic workplace.

So let's take a deep breath and evaluate our actions for a moment.🙊 Are we really who we say we are, do we put our words into action and do we really 'LOVE' our fellowmen like we claim to be?

How do we respond to 'such annoyance' when it comes knocking down our `EGOs'?

There is no question that certain rules are to be respected and followed. I agree on that TWO Hundred percent!!! However, the main issue here is the 'attitude' and the principles we try to highlight yet we neglect to see our own failures!

Thereby, let's take a side people! We can't be birds ('dumb dodomons') and baboons ('insecure gossip monkeys') at the same time. Let's always choose to be 'beautiful' humans with a heart of gold, not of stone.
