Unconditional Love: Romantic Adoration

Admit it or not but we can be very demanding to our partners, parents, family and friends. We set this certain expectations to those people we care about even though we know that not one of us are capable of giving perfect love because only our Almighty Father can give perfect love to us.

Dictionary Definition

Yet we still give love, share love and spread love to everyone. Sometimes, we tend to forget ourselves. We become selfless, sweet, thoughtful and very accepting to the person we share our love with, while others tend to be very selfish, aggravating and over protective.
But is it true that love today, like material things, is temporary? Some get married but eventually divorced. Some want to have a long term relationship but ended up having only a short term relationship. Others want to have a perfect partner but ended up having the exact opposite of what he or she wants.
However, there are also those people who stood the test of time. Regardless of the shilly-shallying, troubles, disappointments and uncertainty, they are still those people who were able to share their endless affection. Now that is what you call, “True Love.”

True love never dies.

When we speak of Love, everybody wants to share their experiences about it. Sure it can be very heartwarming to know that someone loves you. But how long will it last? Some say that in order to have a lasting relationship; one must learn to understand the reason why you are together in the first place. So forget about physical attraction and sex because it has nothing to do with it.
What if someone asks you this question: “Why do you love him or her?”
Would you say that you love the person because he/she has pretty hair, lovely eyes, amazing smile and attractive physic or would you say that you love the person because he/she is thoughtful, caring, sweet, understanding and very affectionate?
If you answer the first or second statement, than it’s not love because if you really love someone, you wouldn't even know the reason you love him or her.
You want to know why? It’s because you only liked the person based only to the positive qualities that you see in your partner.
What about his/her negative attitude? Would you still say you love him/her if you saw him/her picking its nose, getting fatter or doing weird stuffs all the time?
True love is unconditional, it’s priceless. To give you the perfect definition of love, here’s a beautiful Bible verse for everyone.

Bible Definition About True Love

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. Love never ends. (1 Corinthians 13:4-8 ESV)
In conclusion, I believe true love waits. The reason most people don’t stay in relationship for long because they are too excited to find love or maybe others are just too lustful.
Love is the greatest gift that God has given to us. So let us love one another according to God’s word. Let us all be hopeful, bearable and faithful (1 Corinthians 13:7). Love never fails. If we believe and applied it to all situations where we are facing trials or tribulations, it will never fail.
