I know that some people if not most were able to go on a
travel any place in the world. In my case, I am as if a bird caged inside a
cell made of marshmallow. If you ask me why is that so, I would simply say that
nothing is stopping me to explore but I was too afraid to leave my comfort zone
and so I stayed inside my cell made of sweet white goodness.
Nonetheless, everything is different now and let me tell
you the backdrop. On November 14-16, 2017, I was bless to be a part of a team
building activity with my Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)
Family at Camiguin Island. It was almost a four hours trip from Cagayan de Oro
City to Camiguin. Thankfully, the company paid all expenses so we (employees)
were able to save so much from the trip.
It was my first travel from a tourist destination and it
was magical! The place was very calm and peaceful. The trees were greener, the
air was fresher and the sea was bluer. I was indeed in awe.
