Trials, pain, misery and tribulations are inevitable. It’s part of us, its part of life. It is something that will always occur no matter how good and how close we are to the Lord.
Sometimes, there will always come a time when our faith is being tested by God.
Do we tend to lose the will to move on?
Do we lose hope or lose faith perhaps?
Life is always full of ups and downs like most people say. We are to experience different plights in order to get back on track and realize our mistakes. However, despite the problems, we must never lose sight of God’s perfect love. We must always remember that no matter how hard the situation may bring, Jesus will always be there to guide and light our way.
Sweet honey of love!
I used to whine to just about everything. I always lose focus when I’m dragged into devastating problems. I tend to be pessimistic. I also tend to chicken out. Instead of facing my problems, I ran away from it.
I never realized I was too troubled that I forgot about God’s promised to me. My hopelessness made me weak. I ceased to remember that Jesus will always be there to heal the hurt.
But as I grew closer to the Lord, all the pain, hesitations, and despondency slowly diminished.
God’s perfect love wiped away my fears. He told me to be still and to trust Him.
Smile and be merry! It’s not the end, just the beginning!
“I almost gave up but a power that I can’t explain fell from heaven like a shower now.” –Kirk Fanklin
It’s amazing how the Holy Spirit comforts us when we’re down and depressed. Even in our darkest hour, God’s love is always there to console those who are lost and heartbroken.
Without faith, it is impossible to feel the soothing stillness of His grace. However, realizing that He’s ubiquitous gives us the assurance that everything is going to okay.
Knowing that everyday isn't going to be perfect, doesn't mean that it doesn't have purpose. We might be hurting today; we must remember that it will soon be over.
The Lord did not promise a comfortable life here on earth. Everything there is in this world is temporary but God’s gift of eternal life is permanent.
Thereby, let us smile regardless of the hurt and hardships! Knowing that we’ll only be in this state for a while, gives us more the reason to be merry. For God’s amazing love and promise will lift us up and we’ll soon be reunited to our Almighty Father in Heaven.
